STORM UPDATE (6/14/2008)

On June 7th & 8th, Two of three Wiscomm facilities received damage from storms that rolled through our beloved Wisconsin. All inventory was secured and no inventory was damaged.

All Wiscomm facilities are scheduled to be operational and shipping on MONDAY June 16th. We will ship orders based on the order they were received, we should be all caught up no later then mid-week. Same can be said with emails and phone messages, give us a few days.

Wiscomm Store Update - 6/9/08

STORM UPDATE:

On June 7th & 8th, Two of three Wiscomm facilities received damages from storms that rolled through our beloved Wisconsin. We have had to relocate much of our inventory to secure off-site locations while we clean up and evaluate our options.

It would be premature to put an estimated date when we would be able to resume shipment of orders.

We appreciate your patience in the coming days and will work fill orders and respond to emails in the order they were received just as fast as we can. IF you do not get a response, please be assured we will get back to you just as soon as we can.

9 Years on eBay!

After filling some orders on eBay today we realized this is our 9 year anniversary selling on eBay in various entities. You would think eBay would give us a trophy or some sort of certificate? Nope, only thing we get is another $1,500.00 invoice and a fee increase.... Thanks eBay.

I know I shouldn't be so hard on them, they continue to supply a nice portion of our customer base (particularly overseas clients, one day I will research how many countries around the world we have shipped to, it has to be over 50!).
